Next Steps

1. You will receive an invoice for the deposit payment. 

2. Once deposit is received, we will schedule a kickoff call.  The purpose of this call is to introduce teams, review and confirm details of services and expectations, discuss logistics and deadlines. 

3. Prior to Kickoff Call, please make sure you have filedl out the Event Details Form - link was attached in the onboarding email you received the link to this page in.

  • Static content (no movement) should be created 1920 pixels wide x 1080 high.  Acceptable formats: jpeg, jpg or png.
  • Video content: 16:9 aspect ratio. Acceptable formats:  avi, wmv, mpeg, mp4.
  • PowerPoint

Content Tips: 

  • Avoid all white backgrounds
  • Do not put more than 6 sponsor logos on a single slide.
